Traveling the East Coast in Tiny Homes was such a fun way to explore all of those New England States. I planned this trip in less than 12 hours. A prior trip got cancelled, and I had 10 days to put together a new itinerary. I would be lying if I said I wasn't overwhelmed. Trying to plan for a 10 day trip in 12 hours was not ideal, but we made it work and I am here to share all of the fun and exciting things we saw along the way. Are you ready? Here we go!

This was our first stop. Well... technically second. The first night we stopped in a parking lot and had an air mattress for the back of the SUV. Not my cup of tea but we made it work. Not that I wouldn't do it again, but I love my sleep and absolutely need my sleep so those sleeping arrangements were not my favorite. Safe to say when I found our first Tiny Home I was very excited for a bed!
If you have ever stayed in a Getaway House, this is very similar. This tiny home is located in New Hampshire. Nyle, is the name of the cabin and you can find it at Lumen Nature Retreat. Nyle was the perfect first stop. We freshened up in the community bathroom (which was stunning by the way) and then came back and ordered pizza for delivery from the small town only a few miles down the road.
One of the amenities on the property was a sauna. I was able to get online and reserve a time slot. This was so relaxing after a long few hours in the car. Another great perk to this location is that it is super dog friendly. Finley was able to explore and meet a ton of other furry friends during our stay. That night we started a fire and began looking for our next stopping point.

Welcome to Terramor Outdoor Resort! I honestly could make an entire blog all about this place. Terramor was glamping x100. This resort is located only a few miles from Acadia National Park. Acadia was the main stopping point for our East Coast trip. Everything we did really catered towards this location. We found Terramor the night before, and I had to call in order to make our reservation since we would only be staying one night. Our time here did not disappoint by any means.

Terramor catered to dogs! Finley was in Heaven. The amount of time we had was simply not enough. I will absolutely be back in the future. The tent was huge and had so many incredible amenities on the inside. The bathroom area was unbelievable! If you are unsure about glamping but want to give it a go, this is your place! I promise you will not be let down.

Welcome to Under Canvas! This big tent you are looking at is their welcome center. This is where you can find the kitchen, tables, games, books, and get all your questions answered. We didn't spend too much time inside the tent, but out back is where their bonfire pits are located. Pick up a yummy s'mores kit inside and then head out to the fire pits!

Here is our tent! This experience was so neat. Comparing this tent to the tent we stayed at during our time at Terramor is very different. The tents at Under Canvas are not run on any electric. We had a lantern and a battery charging box that we took up with us that is provided for you. It is true camping! Under Canvas has so many locations around the United States. I am already looking to find another location to stay at.

I found this hidden gem the night before we left Under Canvas. We were making our way down the coast of Maine. We stopped in Portland for the afternoon and grabbed a delicious lunch. The amount of lobster rolls that were consumed was insane!
This cute little tiny home was found right on the coast of New Hampshire. RiverCrest Villas is located right next to Flag Hill Distillery and Winery which is New Hampshire's largest Vineyard. Once we checked in, we walked through the vineyard for an afternoon wine tasting. I was so excited when I found this unique spot. It was a perfect fit for our trip!

This adorable Airstream is located at AutoCamp right in Cape Cod. This was a lucky get! They are normally booked. I found this very last minute and made sure our road trip accommodated staying here for a night. They have a few other locations in places like Joshua Tree, Zion, and Asheville. I wish we had more time here!

Ok, seriously how cute is this cottage!? This is a must. I fell in love with this beachfront property as soon as I saw it. This stunning property is located right outside of Atlantic City in New Jersey. When we arrived, there was freshly baked muffins from the host. They were incredible! During our stay we had access to the hot tub, kayaks, and beach chairs. We didn't have time to go out on the kayaks so I was super bummed out about that. We did catch a beautiful sunset over the water that evening and grabbed dinner from a local diner a few minutes down the road. We didn't have long here, but it was worth every second.

Our last and final night on the road trip, Ocean City! I had this property saved on my "Wishlists" on my Airbnb account. When I realized we would be driving this far I immediately got on and booked. This was the only night they had open, and it fit perfectly in our timeframe. I could not believe our luck. I really couldn't have picked a better location to end the road trip.

Road tripping down the East Coast has been on my bucket list. I am thrilled to have finally accomplished this one! I never planned on staying in Tiny Homes, but it became a theme and so we stuck with it. I cannot say enough good things about each of these incredible places. The time was short, but each place holds a special memory. Sometimes the best trips are the ones that are unexpected and not planned out. This will be a trip I tell my kids about one day!
